Founded by an Occupational Therapist and sister to a neurodivergent adult, Flourish creates the kind of community where adults with autism and intellectual disabilities can grow, connect, and live a life that's genuinely their own.

We serve Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Lancaster counties through Pennsylvania's Medicaid Waiver programs — with a philosophy rooted in lived experience, not just clinical training.

Enhanced Level Support
For individuals with more complex support needs, our enhanced team brings backgrounds in psychology, understanding and supporting complex behavior, and NADD certification. We provide enhanced home/community based services. 2:1 staffing available for participants who need a higher level of presence and support.
Employment Services
Whether someone is exploring options, finding the right job, or building confidence to stay in one — we offer job finding, coaching, and ongoing support every step of the way.
A Supported Team
Bimonthly on-site and virtual check-ins with the supervision team, weekly case consult calls, and daily team communication. Families and support coordinators are never left wondering how things are going.
