Abby Garrity 

Abby is an Occupational Therapist and CEO of Flourish Community Services. She went to Thomas Jefferson University to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior to becoming an OT, Abby worked in behavioral wraparound services for individuals with disabilities. When she is not working, Abby loves spending time with her kids, husband, and dogs, drinking coffee, and reading books. 

Olivia Garrity

Olivia is our Peer Support Specialist. As an adult with an Autism diagnosis, Olivia provides insight and offers suggestions to the team, often related to sensory factors, based on her own experiences within the community. Olivia participates in Community Inclusion Services, works with Flourish Community Services, and volunteers within her community weekly. In her spare time, Olivia loves to drink coffee, write blog posts, and spend time teaching her niece about Sesame Street characters.

Patrick Ellis

Patrick received his Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology and his Master's in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Kutztown University, a CACREP program. He is a skilled behavior consultant specializing in clinical mental health, including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Patrick works with individuals, families, orgnaizations, and schools to develop effective, evidence-based strategies that improve communication skills, social skills, and employee performance.
